It all began in Naples, Italy where my great grandfather lost a quarrel in front of a butcher shop. The butchers took a liking to him and offered him a job. By 1915, he opened his first shop in Brooklyn, NY. Three generations later, my family’s passion for the trade lives on.

Our Butcher’s Reserve Dried Steak Slices are a testament to all butchers, past and present. It stands for the years of dedication it takes to hone our craft. We’ve taken sliced beef, seasoned it with flavors that zing, and then slow-smoked it to perfection. This one’s for you.
